There were two or three printings of Lundberg’s Imperial Hearst, all of them with the First statement slug. This title was printed by offset lithography, and removing a First statement from offset plates was more complicated than removing it from letterpress. Most titles printed by offset before the mid 1960s retained the First statement on all printings.

The first printing shows 246 titles on the inverse of the dust jacket. The last printing was in September 1939, and it's unlikely that there were any in Blumenthal bindings.

Imperial Hearst was discontinued on December 31, 1941.
